Site & Network Audit and device inventory
Complete the Site & Network Audit and keep your Data & Device inventory current (Steps 9 and 10).
Open sidebar Audit Hub. It holds two audits, each showing Not Started, In Progress, or Completed.
Site & Network Audit
21 questions in 6 sections about your office, workstations, devices, network, and how data flows. Open it from Audit Hub > Site & Network Audit or dashboard Step 9.
Answer each section
Choose Yes, No, or N/A, add notes if you like, and click Next Section. Progress saves automatically.
Review any pre-filled answers
If you completed your SRA, some answers may be pre-filled. Check each one, adjust as needed, and click Dismiss.
Complete it
On the last section, click Complete Audit.
Audit Results shows your overall score, section scores, a recommendation for each No, and every answer. Export Report downloads it.
Unlike the SRA, you can go back, change answers, and click Complete Audit again. Reset starts over.
Data & Device Audit
Open Audit Hub > Data & Device Audit or dashboard Step 10. The page is Device & IT Inventory, and it mostly builds itself.
- Staff devices appear automatically when each employee finishes their onboarding questionnaire. Click Refresh to update.
- Shared equipment (servers, printers, network storage): add it with Add Device. Fill in the device name, type, and whether it's encrypted. Leave the owner email blank for shared gear.
- Needs your attention flags devices that hold PHI without confirmed encryption, and entries missing a serial number, MAC, or IP address.
- CSV and Report export the inventory.
