Cancellation and refunds

How to cancel your subscription, what the Terms of Service say about ending service, and what to export before you go.

We'd hate to see you go, but it should be easy if you need to.

How to cancel

There's no cancel button inside the portal. Email hello@oneguyconsulting.com with your organization name and let us know you'd like to cancel. We'll take care of it.

Monthly plans have no long-term commitment.

What the Terms of Service say

Under section 10 of our Terms of Service, either party may end the service relationship with 30 days' written notice. When service ends:

  • You remain responsible for payment for work already performed.
  • Portal access is turned off at the end of the notice period.
  • Confidentiality and intellectual-property obligations continue after the end date.

Refunds

Refunds aren't the norm, and they aren't guaranteed. That said, I handle every situation case by case, so if something went wrong, email hello@oneguyconsulting.com and let's talk it through.

Before you cancel: export your records

HIPAA generally requires covered entities and business associates to keep compliance documentation for six years. Your records are yours, so download them while you still have access:

After you cancel

Your portal data is kept for 30 days after you cancel, then it's deleted. If you need anything during those 30 days, email hello@oneguyconsulting.com and we'll help.
