Taking your training
How to complete HIPAA 101 and Cybersecurity Awareness, what to do if you don't pass, and how yearly renewal works.
Click Training in your sidebar to open the Training Hub. You'll see three items: Policy Review, HIPAA 101, and Cybersecurity Awareness. Take them in any order, at your own pace.

HIPAA 101
Start
Click Start Module on HIPAA 101. Move through the slides with Next Slide (Previous goes back).
Take the quiz
On the last slide, click Take Quiz. Answer all 8 questions, then click Submit Quiz.
Sign off
Passed? Tick the acknowledgment, type your name under Electronic Signature (Full Name), and click Continue to Cybersecurity.
Cybersecurity Awareness
Start
Click Start Module, go through the 18 slides, and click Take Quiz.
Take the quiz
Answer all 8 questions and click Submit Quiz.
Sign off
Passed? Tick the acknowledgment, type your name, and click Complete Module. Your Privacy Officer is notified.
Didn't pass?
No problem. Retakes are unlimited. Click Review Material & Retake (HIPAA 101) or Retake Quiz (Cybersecurity). The answer review shows the correct answer and an explanation for every question.
Policy Review
Policy Review is marked complete once you've signed every policy assigned to you. See Signing policies.
Every year
Training is due every year. About a year after you finish, you'll get a "HIPAA Training Reminder" email. Open the Training Hub, click Review on the module, and pass the quiz again.
