What goes into the portal, what should stay out, who can see what, and how your data is protected.
What belongs in the portal
The portal holds your compliance program records: your risk assessment answers, remediation plans, policies, training and signature records, vendor details and BAAs, audit results, device inventory, and incident logs.
Who can see what

How your data is protected
Per our Privacy Policy, the portal uses encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest, role-based access controls, and audit logging. We don't sell, trade, or rent your personal information.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (unless the law requires us to keep it). Email hello@oneguyconsulting.com.
