Contact Methods
Email — General Support
For general questions, billing inquiries, and anything non-urgent, email is the best channel.support@oneguyconsulting.comInclude your name, project name (if applicable), and a clear description of your question or issue. You’ll receive a response within one business day.
Urgent Project Matters
If something needs immediate attention — a blocker that’s stopping progress or a time-sensitive decision — send an email to the same address but include [URGENT] at the start of your subject line.support@oneguyconsulting.com
Subject:
[URGENT] Brief description hereUrgent emails are reviewed throughout the business day and typically receive a response within a few hours.Schedule a Call
For conversations that benefit from real-time discussion — scoping a new project, working through a complex issue, or an introductory chat — book directly using the calendar link shared during onboarding. If you don’t have the link, request it by email and it will be sent to you promptly. Calls are available Monday through Friday during business hours.
Active Project Updates
If you have a question or comment specifically about an in-progress project, use the shared project tracker that was set up at your project kickoff.Leaving a comment in the tracker ensures the update is captured in context alongside the relevant work — and it’s often the fastest way to get a response on project-specific questions.
What to Include in Your Support Request
A clear, complete message gets a faster, more useful response. When you reach out, include the following:- Your name — especially if your email address doesn’t make it obvious who you are
- Project name — if your question relates to a specific engagement
- Description of the issue — explain what’s happening, what you expected to happen, and any context that seems relevant
- Urgency level — let me know if this is blocking your work or if it can wait for a scheduled response
- Relevant files or screenshots — if your issue involves a document, deliverable, or visual output, attach or link to it directly
Response Times
Response times apply to messages received during business hours. Messages sent outside of business hours are addressed on the next business day, with the exception of urgent emails, which may still receive a same-day response if received early enough in the evening.
Business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The specific timezone is confirmed during your onboarding — if you’re unsure, check your project agreement or ask in your first email and it will be clarified.
